This variety of Aji, originally from Peru can be grown as a perennial and is resistant to light frosts. A tall prolific plant that produces fruit 10-15cm long and 2cm wide, great for use in salsa.

Very large, mild and sweet chilli peppers ideal for stuffing. They are also particularly good sliced and used instead of sweet peppers. Fruit grow to about 20cm long.

An early flowering chilli plant that produces crisp-fleshed chillies good for stuffing or pickling. The chillies initially grow pointing skyward but eventually droop downwards under their own weight. Seeds produced organically by us in the UK.

The largest New Mexican type with fruit up to 30cm long and 6cm wide with a slightly flattened shape. Although large, the chillies are medium to hot maturing from green to red.

This is a stunning variety of chilli which certainly lives up to it's name. The small naturally bushy plants produce lot's of small, teardrop shaped, hot chillies that start life creamy, turn purple, then orange and finally fire-engine red! One of my favourite chilli plants. An heirloom variety from Bulgaria.  These stocky chilli plants produce good yields of bright orange, carrot shaped chillies that are big on flavour Seeds produced by us in the UK.

Very widely used and well known chilli. The fruits are long and thin maturing from green to bright red. Chillies are easy to dry and are cultivated commercially to produce Cayenne powder.

A beautiful bright golden variety of the popular Cayenne pepper. It is as prolific as the standard variety with fruits that are long and thin maturing from green to a golden yellow. A colourful addition for any chilli  lover.
