the Congo Black) is one of hottest and largest of the Habanero
family. Popular for cooking in the Caribbean to make sauces
and marinades, it has unique rich flavour unlike any other
chilli pepper. Fruit 8-10cm long, ripens to a deep chocolate
brown. |
