1. Descriptions
The descriptions on this website relating to species, varieties, and their characteristics, and information given regarding fitness for any particular purpose (including consumption) or their hardiness etc. are given only for general guidance. We believe that the seeds are true to name and free from disease and other defect etc. However, in accordance with the custom of the seed trade, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to the productiveness or description of any seeds we sell, and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop.

2. Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the web-site due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

3. Payment methods
You may order online using a credit / debit card through PayPal. We are unable to accept online payments from countries where PayPal does not offer a service. You may order by email or post using cheque or postal order. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by PayPal at their current exchange rates. Cheques and postal orders should always be in pounds sterling made payable to Ready to Grow.

4. Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the products you have purchased and these will normally be despatched within 2 working days to the delivery address which you supply. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared. At busy times it may take us a little longer and some items may not be dispatched during very cold weather. However, we will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within 7 days. Orders placed from outside of the European Union are at the buyer own risk of loss or confiscation by Customs.
